Former GMTV and This Morning Life Coach, Pete Cohen, is coming to Jersey to deliver an inspirational talk based on his best selling book, 'Habit Busting'.
He is an accomplished, public speaker and author who can help individuals achieve their very best, and has worked as a performance coach with many sporting personalities such as Tim Henman, Ronnie O'Sullivan, the Arsenal football team and many more.
In this Habit-busting talk, Pete will explain some powerful strategies that will help you to unlearn your bad habits and replace them with more productive and enjoyable ways of living your life. You will learn how to make simple but highly effective changes both in your personal life and at work, and ultimately you will gain more control and become freer and happier.
Bad habits often prevent us from delivering exceptional results. The relentless pace of working, the ever-increasing pressure to manage costs and still out-perform year-on-year, the importance of managing our own personal brands and reputations, and the expectations we and others place on ourselves to achieve the impossible make it increasingly difficult to deliver our best.
Habits that need breaking may include those we have picked up along the way, beliefs we’ve never questioned, personal doubts and niggles and others which slowly but surely erode away at our confidence.
The event will be held at Grand Jersey on Thursday, 16th February, from 4pm to 6pm.
All monies raised from this event are going to "Team Hannah", a charity to provide much needed funding to support the cancer treatment of Pete's partner, Hannah.
